1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by email or letter, about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Online Withdrawal Function
In addition to the withdrawal declaration by email or letter, you can also declare your withdrawal directly via our online withdrawal function on the website.
The online withdrawal function is easily accessible and clearly marked as:
After sending your withdrawal declaration via the online function, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
The use of the online withdrawal function is not mandatory. You can still declare your withdrawal by email or letter.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we voluntarily provide you with a free return label.
For goods with a value of €149.00 or more within Germany, we voluntarily provide a free return label, provided that the return has been registered with us in advance.
6. Compensation for Loss of Value
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
This can apply in particular to:
• used tennis shoes with visible signs of wear
• played with or damaged tennis rackets
• damaged or missing packaging, if this leads to a loss of value
• incomplete return of accessories or packaging components
7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Individually Adapted Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This may apply in particular to individually strung or specially adapted products, provided that the legal requirements are met.
