The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
For goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. This may apply in particular to individually strung or specially adapted products, provided that the legal requirements are met.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.
This voluntary return policy only applies to goods that are:
• complete
• unused
• clean
• undamaged
• if possible, in the original packaging
returned.
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions to the voluntary 30-day return policy may include:
• used items with signs of wear
• damaged or incomplete items
• individually strung or specially adapted products
• goods that cannot be resold as new for hygienic or factual reasons
The return costs within the scope of the voluntary 30-day return policy are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed or we voluntarily provide a free return label.
For goods with a value of €149.00 or more, we voluntarily provide a free return label within Germany, provided that the return has been registered with us in advance.
Please return goods to be returned as:
• complete
• clean
• securely packaged
as possible.
You may inspect the goods as would be customary in a retail store.
However, if a loss of value occurs due to handling beyond normal inspection, compensation for value may be demanded.
This may apply in particular to:
• used tennis shoes with visible signs of wear
• used or damaged tennis rackets
• damaged or missing packaging, if this leads to a loss of value
• incomplete return of accessories or packaging components
The direct costs of returning the goods are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed or we voluntarily provide a return label.
For goods with a value of €149.00 or more, we voluntarily provide a free return label within Germany, provided that the return has been registered with us in advance.
This voluntary assumption of return costs does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory consumer rights.
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Please contact us with any defects or problems with your order at:
If a stringing service or individual adjustment is selected, this is carried out according to the customer's specifications.
Please carefully check your details regarding string, string tension, grip size, or other adjustments before completing the order.
Individually strung or specially adapted products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under certain legal conditions.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to complain about this to the delivery person immediately, if possible, and to contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to complain or contact us has no effect on your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights.
Vouchers and discount promotions are valid only during the specified period and under the specified conditions.
A cash payment is excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The contract language is German.
The contract text is not permanently stored by us and made publicly accessible. You will receive the order data and these General Terms and Conditions by email or can save or print them before completing the order.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
This wording is aligned with § 36 VSBG, which requires businesses using websites or AGB to state whether they are willing or obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution; small businesses with 10 or fewer employees have an exemption from the general information duty, but including the notice is common and clear.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence are not restricted thereby.
