Returns & Refunds

You want to return an item? No problem. For your return to be processed quickly, cleanly and smoothly, please note the following.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Return Period

Please send us your declaration of withdrawal within the statutory period.

Upon receipt of your declaration, you will receive further information on the return shipment.

3. Condition of Goods

Please return the goods as:

• complete
• clean
• securely packaged

as possible.

You may inspect the goods as would be customary in a retail store. However, if a loss in value occurs due to handling that goes beyond normal inspection, compensation for value may be demanded.

This may particularly apply to:

• used tennis shoes with visible signs of wear
• played or damaged tennis rackets
• opened or damaged packaging, if this leads to a loss in value
• incomplete returns with missing accessories

4. Individually Adapted Items

For goods that have been manufactured to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, the right of withdrawal may be excluded.

This may particularly concern individually strung or specially adapted products, provided the legal requirements are met.

5. Return Costs

The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise or if we voluntarily provide a return label.

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the corresponding amount via the originally used payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may be refused until:

• we have received the goods back
or
• you have provided proof that you have sent the goods.
