What applies to standard goods?

Normal, non-individually adapted goods can be withdrawn within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Please return the goods as completely, cleanly, and securely packaged as possible, including original packaging, labels, protective films, accessories, and inserts, if available.

The goods may be carefully inspected to check their condition, properties, and functionality. However, use beyond this inspection may lead to a loss in value.

What applies to used or damaged items?

If an item has been used, shows signs of wear, is damaged, is returned incomplete, or is no longer in its original condition, a depreciation or deduction from the refund amount may occur.

We will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within the statutory period. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by you, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Who bears the return costs?

The customer bears the return costs, unless we explicitly provide a free return label or statutory provisions dictate otherwise.

If we voluntarily provide a return label, we will inform you by email after reviewing the case.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary extended return policy of 30 days from the delivery date.

This voluntary return policy only applies to standard goods if the goods are:

• unused
• complete
• undamaged
• not individually adapted
• not strung according to customer request
• as far as possible in original condition with original packaging
  

The voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
